1. Local Presence

Do they genuinely operate here? We verify that the business has a physical presence or an established operational footprint specifically in Washington County, rather than being a national lead-generation shell.

2. Business History

Can establishment claims be independently supported? We cross-reference the claimed "years in business" against state entity registration records.

3. Licensing

If a trade requires licensing in Utah, we publish a licence number or status only when a state source supports it. Otherwise the profile states that the check is open and links the state lookup.

4. Reputation Breadth

We look beyond one platform to find the review profiles that clearly belong to the business. Counts are published only beside a source link so visitors can inspect the current profile themselves.

5. Review Consistency

Are customers saying similar things across independent platforms? We look for patterns of quality or issues that span across multiple sites where reviews cannot easily be manipulated.

6. Transparency

Can you identify who operates the company and how to contact them? We favor companies that clearly display their owner information, real physical addresses, and verifiable contact methods.
